Speciality of Whole Tender Mango Pickle:
No chemicals or preservatives are used in the process of storing mangoes or processing pickle.
Mangoes are harvested in a special way so that they don’t fall on the ground. It is then washed and dried. It is stored in sealed vessels with just salt.
Required quantity of mango and its water is used to make kanni manga pickle in future.
All the recipes are prepared using traditional methods.
Pickles that encourage natural fermentation enable build-up of lactobacillus which keeps other dangerous bacteria away.
