Mangoes are washed and dried then it is stored in sealed vessels with just non-iodized sea salt.
Required quantity of mango and its water is used to make pickle in future. No chemicals or preservatives are used in the process of storing mangoes. Extremely small quantity of vinegar is used while making the pickle and no artificial additives are used while processing Mango pickle.
All the recipes are prepared using traditional methods.
Pickles that encourage natural fermentation enable build-up of lactobacillus which keeps other dangerous bacteria away.
