Due to regulatory issues the shipment can take anywhere from 7 to 14 days to be delivered after an order has been placed.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Your order will be dispatched within 4 working days from the date of order placed.

Transit period will be from 2 days to 10 days depending upon your location.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your ordered goods are handover to the courier service, personal mail will be send with tracking number to your E-mail ID, You can check the movement of the parcel in the relevant courier company’s website.

 

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

For changing your shipping address after placing your order you need to send a mail to info@naturalfarmerskerala.com on the same day or at least the next day.

 

Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

Yes, you can do this. For this, you can place a different order for every item you want to receive on a different shipping address by creating a user id.

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

The courier company will call you on the contact number provided by you before delivering the order.Make sure you provide correct information.
